Summer, Flip Flops & Fashion Week

Summer is in full swing and Fashion Week San Diego is taking FULL advantage! Fashion Week’s Annual Bikini Fashion Show took place at the gorgeous Harrah’s Resort Southern California this month in the ultimate summer lounge spot- Dive Day Club.

Designer looks flooded the day club, making for a fantastic and colorful afternoon.

Summer brands like Flip Flop Bitch were in full swing and necessity at the show. This tote line is flirty, fashionable and made it easy to trade out my heels for my “go to” flops -fast!

I also rocked a hat to battle the sun (and complete my look) from local Ocean Beach Boutique, DreamGirls and sported a bold black and white print from Urban Outfitters.

Great sponsors like Gila Rut and iTan joined the party as well. And, like all great Runway Shows that transition into Pool Parties, there was a need to change their shoes too! Our partners dug into the Sparkly Solid totes from our friends at Flip Flop Bitch as the afternoon continued.

From gorgeous bikinis to this summer’s hottest brands, this runway show was in no short-supply of fashionistas and topics that will be sure to trend as the season goes on.
